August 12 Living on Purpose -Romans 12:9-21

I remembered at a point in time, our pastor said that we live for God’s sake or may be the same as someone said “We live on a mission”. No matter which sentence we use, the theme is the same. So we live for Christ’s sake, I would have to live every minute in a meaningful way whether it is bitter or sweet. As long as we live our moment on this earth to glorify Him and let the world know we are different from the majority, we live for God and to live for pleasing Him. In other words, we live and enjoy each moment with our family, peers and our neighbour. Should I feel dejected or stressed, obviously not. I do whatever best I can and be honest with myself. If I feel weak or lack energy I go right to Him and ask for strength to get around my obstacle or adversity. He is our rock so we will get strength and His presence with us we just simply ask.

Help me dear Lord live each day intentionally with enthusiasm. Even the most mundane moments gain new meaning as we look expectantly to God and live for His purposes. Every day is a mission of eternal significance with Him! Please give me grace to live for You, Jesus, so that I may one day hear You say, “Well done, good and faithful servant!”

February 25, 2021 To Be Human – Philippians 4:6-8
