June 1 Needing His Leading-Psalm 61:

We are in a world of pandemic, chaos and political turmoil. There is no one can lead the situation out of this mess. The only leader in this circumstance is God who will guide this problematic condition.

In King David’s time, he looked for direction from God. Psalm 61: 1-4 “Hear my cry, O God;

listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth, I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead

me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.

I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings”.

If we leave the things in our hands, we would be hopelessly lost in the desert of a broken world. But we don’t need to do these ourselves! We have a Shepherd who leads us “beside quiet waters,” refreshes our souls, and guides us.
