February 4,2021 Faith Investments – Deuteronomy 11:18-20

It is fundamentally important to teach scripture to the children when they are young. It takes time to sink in bit by bit in their young minds. When they grow up, they will not be easily influenced easily by the materialistic world and trends of our modern times.

In chapter 11 of Deuteronomy it talks about the importance of taking every opportunity to share the words of Scripture with children: “Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up” (Deuteronomy 11:19).

For our children, the eternal values planted when they were young would be bloomed into a lifetime of service for their Savior. With God’s capability, who knows how much our investment in someone’s spiritual growth will yield.
