主耶穌道成肉身，經歷了人間所有可能經歷的痛苦–試探、被凌辱、誣告、毒打、辱罵、飢餓、乾渴、孤單等。甚至經歷人人所要面臨的死亡。神藉主耶穌解釋了死的痛苦，因為祂沒有犯罪，祂死後第三天復活，因為死不能拘禁祂（徒 2:24）。主耶穌敗壞了掌死權的魔鬼。
感謝讓我們在基督裡，在世日子過得有意義、有目標，直到有一天回到天家面對面地與主同在。

主耶穌基督道成肉身，“他也曾凡事受過試探，與我們一樣；只是他沒有犯罪。”（來4:15）經歷了世人無可比擬的患難，被人拋棄（路4:29）。甚至被神拋棄（太27:46）。
基督把自己當作祭物獻給神（來9:11，26）。
基督為我們的罪受懲罰（彼前2:24，3:18）。
基督得勝了（西2:15）。
基督救贖我們脫離奴役（羅6:17-18）。
感謝主耶穌基督！“他雖然為兒子，還是因所受的苦難學了順從。他既得以完全，就為凡順從他的人成了永遠得救的根源，並蒙神照著麥基洗德的等次稱他為大祭司。”（來5:8-10）

Since Jesus came to earth as God and man and lived among us, so whatever we experienced as human being he could feel the same as us. Because He conquered sin, He can help us when we’re tempted to sin. For only as a human being that he died and only by his death he broke the power of the devil, who had the power of death. And He saved us and remained to connect with us. So whatever life brings, we can be assured that He can rescue us from our greatest enemy, the devil and He is ready to help us in the times of greatest need.
