詩篇121篇是我最喜歡的詩篇之一。當知道“我的幫助是從造天地的耶和華而來”（2 節），“耶和華要保護你免受一切的災害。他要保護你的性命。你出你入，耶和華要保護你，從今時直到永遠。”（7-8）就給我很大的信心和力量切面對前面的困難和挑戰。

主的應許永遠不會落空。無論境遇如何，天父必時時看顧祂的兒女。特別在這疫情的非常時期，願神提醒我們每一個屬祂兒女的人，確信神的應許，將我們心靈的恐懼或憂慮交給神，靠信心並以智慧度過每一天。

神在曠野中照顧祂的百姓，就像保護眼睛中的瞳人（申32:10）。神是信實的。今日，神照樣照顧、保護屬於耶穌基督的人。

“耶和華是我的牧者，我必不致缺乏。他使我躺臥在青草地上，領我在可安歇的水邊。他使我的靈魂甦醒，爲自己的名引導我走義路。我雖然行過死蔭的幽谷，也不怕遭害，因爲你與我同在；你的杖，你的竿，都安慰我。在我敵人面前，你爲我擺設筵席；你用油膏了我的頭，使我的福杯滿溢。我一生一世必有恩惠慈愛隨著我；我且要住在耶和華的殿中，直到永遠。”（詩23）每當想到神是如何看顧我們的，這段經文就浮現在我的腦海。 成爲我最好的安慰。耶稣說：“我是好牧人，好牧人爲羊捨命。”（約10:11）耶穌是好牧人，不僅提供我們日用的飲食，指導和保護，而且願意爲我們獻出生命。讓我們可以坦然的面對各種境況，謝謝天父的看顧！

這幾個月以來，疫情牽動著全世界每個人的神經。
聖經裡教導我們什麽可以吃，什麽不可以吃，但是愚頑的人們不聽神的話語，偏行己路，所以才有了現在的瘟疫。
感謝讚美神的奇妙作爲！神在高處明察一切，祂知道我們會擔心害怕，所以差派聖靈來帶領我們這次靈修活動，用祂的話語來安慰我們，讓我們明白祂的心意。
感謝天父的看顧，讓我能有生命的氣息，心裡能有平安，能坦然面對各種境況。

今天這個靈修主題使我想到散會歌#199。這首歌選自民數記6:24-26，由莊春榮弟兄詞曲。我把它寫在這裡，一邊讀一邊唱，讓我們紀念神對我們的恩愛。

Today I went to the shopping centre to pick up my son after he finished work. While I was waiting, I saw a young father he was looking after his 2 or 3 years old son playing at an electric car (kid’s imitation car) right in front of a clothing store. I guessed the young boy’s mom had to be shopping inside that store. The father looked at him quite attentively, but in less than one minute, his son wanted to try another toy train nearby. Without wasting any moment the father lifted him up and put him into the train toy. Not very long after, the boy got out again and he began to walk around the area and the father took his hand by his side. I watched the whole scene, what a father with all this attention and loving care. Our heavenly father would do the same to us like this father to his little son, and even more, He is not just by our side when we were young but He will watch over us all our life.

1 I lift up my eyes to the mountains,where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot slip, he who watches over you will not slumber.
